Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including network connectivity and system integrations
- Document support cases meticulously using Zendesk and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical issues and track resolution progress
- Conduct remote system administration tasks and security vulnerability assessments
- Develop and implement proactive support strategies to reduce ticket volume
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in SaaS or IT infrastructure
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent English communication skills
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Datadog
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends for 24/7 support coverage
