Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide timely and empathetic support via chat, email, and phone channels
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
  • Document cases meticulously in CRM systems for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
  • Identify trends and suggest process enhancements
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
  • Train new team members on support protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical support roles
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking concepts
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ is a plus
