Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely and empathetic support via chat, email, and phone channels
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify trends and suggest process enhancements
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
- Train new team members on support protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical support roles
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking concepts
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA A+ is a plus
