Tanggung Jawab
- Manajemen Jadwal: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Komunikasi: Screen phone calls, respond to inquiries, and draft professional correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Persiapan Dokumen: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Koordinasi: Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Administrasi: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle confidential documents, and maintain office filing systems.
- Konferensi: Arrange and host business meetings, including room bookings and catering logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pengalaman: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Keahlian Bahasa: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
