Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Mentor junior staff and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product/service enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B/B2C customer service roles
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and advanced English proficiency
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution certification
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- University degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
