Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems (Zendesk)
- Collaborate with product teams to identify recurring issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQ updates
- Monitor support metrics and suggest process improvements
- Participate in cross-departmental projects
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical support role
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/macOS environments
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Certificate in IT support (CompTIA A+/Google IT Support)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
