Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver multichannel support (email, chat, phone) for technical and product inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases to technical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve service quality
- Analyze support metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Train new team members on support protocols and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year in customer support or technical assistance
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings
- Certification in ITIL or similar framework is a plus
