Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with product team to escalate critical customer feedback

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Advanced typing skills (40+ WPM) with CRM software proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with emotional intelligence
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Certificate in customer service or digital communication preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
