Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Zendesk and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Contribute to customer experience enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Relevant certification in customer service is a plus
