Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues
- Proactively upsell relevant solutions during customer interactions
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score targets
- Participate in monthly process improvement workshops
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/technical support
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry advantageous
- High school diploma with university degree preferred
