Tanggung Jawab

  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
  • Document interactions in CRM systems and track resolution metrics
  • Collaborate with product teams to escalate recurring issues
  • Proactively upsell relevant solutions during customer interactions
  • Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score targets
  • Participate in monthly process improvement workshops
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/technical support
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Proficiency with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech industry advantageous
  • High school diploma with university degree preferred
