Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge base documentation
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve service protocols
- Maintain detailed case documentation and performance metrics
- Contribute to customer experience improvements through feedback analysis
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Certificate in Customer Service Management preferred
