Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product issues and complaints efficiently using our CRM system
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer problems
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement suggestions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of IT products/services preferred
- Relevant certification in customer service is advantageous
