Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 24/7 availability
- Resolve technical issues using CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback analysis
- Achieve monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year experience in customer support or BPO industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service (preferred)
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with high accuracy
