Kualifikasi

  • Min. 1 year experience in customer support or BPO industry
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Relevant certification in customer service (preferred)
  • Typing speed 40+ WPM with high accuracy
