Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical product issues using CRM tools and knowledge base documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and track resolution timelines
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs analysis
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for customer journey optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/tech support environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certificate in Customer Service Management is advantageous
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
