Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in our customer management system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues efficiently
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend product solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or support roles
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Customer certification (e.g., CCXP) is advantageous
