Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues efficiently using our CRM system and knowledge base
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations within SLAs
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95% through personalized solutions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support roles
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume interactions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
- Relevant certification in customer service is advantageous
