  • Resolve product/service issues efficiently using our CRM system and knowledge base
  • Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations within SLAs
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95% through personalized solutions

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support roles
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume interactions
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
