Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and generate detailed reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer journey
- Maintain deep product knowledge across service offerings
- Support multilingual customers in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or support roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Experience in remote work environments
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Residency in Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, or Kediri
