Kualifikasi

  • Min. SMA/D3/S1 with 1+ years customer service experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (including weekends)
  • Strong attention to detail and conflict resolution abilities
  • Resident in Solo/Surabaya/Jogjakarta/Kediri preferred
