- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Calm demeanor under pressure with conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools
