Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems efficiently
- Document interactions and update customer profiles in real-time
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Maintain 98% SLA adherence for response and resolution times
- Participate in monthly training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/tech support
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong time management with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Resilience under pressure and positive attitude toward challenges
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service is a plus
