Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and refunds while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex product/service issues
- Document interactions in CRM system and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Support multilingual customers across our Indonesian service regions
- Contribute to team performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2C/B2B environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with multitasking capability
- Customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with remote work technology setups
