Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues using our CRM system and knowledge base
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support peak-hour coverage across multiple locations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced typing skills (40+ WPM) with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor
- Available for rotational shifts (including weekends)
- Relevant certification in customer service preferred
- Residents of Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, or Kediri preferred
