Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
  • Resolve technical issues using our CRM system and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Support peak-hour coverage across multiple locations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Advanced typing skills (40+ WPM) with Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor
  • Available for rotational shifts (including weekends)
  • Relevant certification in customer service preferred
  • Residents of Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, or Kediri preferred
