Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues effectively
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 degree in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting concepts
- Validated typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy
