Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining compliance

- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
