Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Proficient in Zendesk and CRM systems
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and empathy skills
  • Certificate in Customer Service Management preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech industry highly valued
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
