Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Proactively upsell solutions based on customer needs analysis
- Maintain detailed CRM records and performance metrics
- Train new hires on service protocols and product knowledge
- Participate in quarterly customer experience enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in Zendesk and CRM systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and empathy skills
- Certificate in Customer Service Management preferred
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry highly valued
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
