Tanggung Jawab
- Handle multi-channel customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM systems within SLA
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams for escalated issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain 98% call quality score through quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce) and MS Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multitasking capability
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Certified in customer service management (preferred)
