Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and escalate when necessary
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Maintain detailed case documentation in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback insights
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure with emotional intelligence
- Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or tech industry highly valued
