Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain detailed CRM records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Train new team members on service standards and protocols
- Monitor key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years in customer service or related role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Relevant certification in customer experience management preferred
