Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone)
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated cases
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Participate in monthly customer experience workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or BPO industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certificate in Customer Service Management is a plus
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM)
- Experience in tech or telecommunications sector
