Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product/service issues

Kualifikasi
- Min. D3/S1 degree in any field with GPA ≥ 3.00
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce) and MS Office
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
