Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including document processing, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate office operations across multiple locations (Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri)
- Support HR processes including onboarding and documentation
- Handle procurement and inventory management for office supplies
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Assist in event coordination and meeting preparations
- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with multi-location coordination preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license (for inter-city travel if needed)
