Tanggung Jawab

- Analyze operational metrics and optimize administrative procedures
- Lead onboarding processes for new staff members
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience with multi-location coordination
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified in project management (e.g., CAPM) preferred
