Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee lifecycle: contracts, benefits, payroll coordination, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Facilitate training programs and career development initiatives for staff growth
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and engagement activities
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate workforce analytics reports
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role (preferably in Jakarta)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven conflict resolution and employee engagement expertise
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM-CP is a plus
