Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and performance management systems
- Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel records
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate professional development programs
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain compliance with HR policies
- Handle employee relations matters and mediate workplace conflicts
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No.13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
