Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent across all departments
  • Administer employee relations programs, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel file maintenance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Analyze HR metrics to support strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  • Coordinate performance management processes and employee development activities

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
