Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent across all departments
- Administer employee relations programs, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel file maintenance
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Analyze HR metrics to support strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee development activities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
