Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee employee relations activities including performance management and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and company policies
- Develop and implement HR programs for talent retention and development
- Handle payroll administration and employee documentation
- Conduct HR analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for staff growth
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Indonesian companies
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM preferred
- Experience in multinational companies is advantageous
