Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precise formatting
- Handle incoming communications, filter inquiries, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee administrative systems including filing, record-keeping, and document management
- Coordinate office operations and liaise with department heads for cross-functional projects
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for executive activities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Secretariat, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
