Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination with precision
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Oversee office administrative functions including document management and filing systems
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain progress tracking
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and security protocols
- Manage budget tracking and expense reporting for executive office
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Secretary or similar role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Professional demeanor with polished business etiquette
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
