Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic collection development plans aligned with community needs and digital trends
- Lead digital library initiatives including metadata management, AI-powered search systems, and virtual reference services
- Design and deliver innovative information literacy programs for diverse age groups
- Supervise library staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Manage library budgets, vendor relationships, and facility operations
- Collaborate with cultural institutions on preservation projects and community outreach
- Analyze usage data to optimize services and improve user experience
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in library management
- Expertise in Dewey Decimal System, AACR2, and RDA cataloging standards
- Proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) like Koha or Evergreen
- Demonstrated experience with digital preservation tools and metadata schemas
- Strong project management skills with evidence of successful initiatives
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian literary heritage and publishing landscape
