Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including employer branding, sourcing, and selection, to attract top-tier talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and coaching frameworks to drive employee development and engagement.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and company policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs to enhance workforce capability.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Certifications: P4B (Sertifikasi Profesi BNSP) or equivalent HR certification is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, recruitment methodologies, and HRIS systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
