Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.
  • Develop and refine seasonal menus that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and control food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise culinary staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the F&B management team to create seamless dining experiences for guests.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes before service to ensure consistency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Chef role within a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional culinary certification.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian and international culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
