Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step resolutions for software and hardware problems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case histories
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and issue closure
Kualifikasi
- Diploma degree in IT, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical support role
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose technical issues logically
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is advantageous
