Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including inventory, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Oversee administrative workflows and optimize digital filing systems
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and international travel arrangements
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership team
- Implement HR policies and onboard new employees
- Manage budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation advantageous
