Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate expense reports
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, visitors) professionally
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
