Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate administrative workflows across multiple locations (Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri)
- Manage digital documentation systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support HR processes including onboarding and compliance
- Handle vendor communications and procurement logistics
- Optimize office operations and remote work infrastructure
- Prepare monthly reports and performance metrics
- Lead cross-departmental meetings and initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years in administrative or operational roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Experience with multi-location coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication (written/verbal)
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Relevant degree or certification in Administration
