Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for critical leadership positions
- Design and execute performance management systems
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Manage compensation & benefits optimization
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide strategic insights
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in Indonesian labor law (UU No. 13/2003)
- Advanced certification in HR (SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business English
