Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding across multiple locations
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost retention and productivity
  • Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Conduct performance management initiatives including KPI tracking and development planning
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee competencies
  • Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with recruitment focus
  • Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work environments
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in HR reporting tools
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Certification in HR practices (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
