Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding across multiple locations
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost retention and productivity
- Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct performance management initiatives including KPI tracking and development planning
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee competencies
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with recruitment focus
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work environments
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in HR reporting tools
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
