Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement strategic HR programs for talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs for leadership and professional development
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare insightful analytics for organizational decision-making
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns across Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, and Kediri offices
- Lead organizational development initiatives including culture building and engagement
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles with proven track record in talent acquisition
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is highly desirable
- Experience in multi-location HR operations preferred
