Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation compliance
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize professional development programs
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation
- Prepare HR analytics reports and recommend data-driven workforce strategies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in generalist HR functions
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Advanced skills in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical thinking with data interpretation capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP/SPHR) preferred
