Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles across multiple locations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, performance management, offboarding, and HR documentation
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation & benefits packages aligned with market standards
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws (PP No. 78/2015) and company policies
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Generate HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in Indonesia
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR)
- Certified in HRBP or SHRM-CP (advantageous)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and social security systems
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple cities
