Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Kediri, and remote positions
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company culture
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance documentation
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency and engagement
- Coordinate company events and employee wellness initiatives
- Support organizational development through talent mapping and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work models
